Still running legacy systems? · Ontario

Still stuck on legacy software? You're not behind — you're just overdue.

Ripping out the system that runs your business is scary, and we get why you've put it off. We don't ask you to gamble on a black-box migration — we fix the part costing you most first, prove it works, then extend from there.

No big-bang cutover. No lost data. No starting from zero.

The Monday morning test

If any of this sounds like your week,
we should talk.

  • Your production schedule lives in one person's head and a spreadsheet nobody else can read
  • You find out a job is late when the customer calls
  • Inventory says one thing, the floor says another, and you trust neither
  • Three locations do the same task three different ways
  • Someone re-keys the same order into three systems every day
  • You asked for a report and were told it'll take a week to pull

None of this is a people problem. It's a system problem — and it compounds. Every month you wait, more of your process gets absorbed into workarounds that only work because someone remembers them.

Proof

We don't demo mockups.
We show you systems running right now.

Every one of these started as a business running on spreadsheets. Ask for a walkthrough of any of them on your call.

Large format printing

End-to-end operations ERP

Not just production. Quote to cash across the whole business: customer management, estimating, job scheduling, materials, invoicing, receivables and payables, online payment and delivery tracking — in one system, replacing six.

Industries we serve

We understand operations,
not just software

We work where the work is physical — where jobs move through stages, stock has to be counted, and a late delivery costs somebody money.

Manufacturing

Make-to-order and production businesses running jobs through multiple stages.

Printing & packaging

Corrugated, large format, labels and folding carton — the industry we came from.

Healthcare & pharmacy

Dispensing, delivery networks and providers with compliance and tracking needs.

Retail chains

Multi-location operators who need every store working the same way.

Distribution & logistics

Dispatch, courier and field service operations moving goods on a schedule.

Service businesses

Operations with jobs, schedules, staff and invoicing that don't fit an off-the-shelf tool.

How we work

Four stages. No surprises.

We don't put your whole operation on hold waiting for a big launch. We find the part that's costing you most, fix that first, and build outward from something already working.

STAGE 01

Discovery

We come to your floor and watch how work actually moves — not how the org chart says it does. You leave with a written blueprint: scope, fixed price, and a realistic timeline.

STAGE 02

First release

The small share of your process causing most of the pain gets built and put into real use first — not held back until everything else is finished.

STAGE 03

Your data, your team

We migrate your existing records and train the people who'll be using it daily. Adoption is where most systems fail, so we treat it as part of the build.

STAGE 04

Go live, then extend

We're on site or on call through launch. Then the next phase gets built on a foundation that's already earning its keep.

Why we won't quote you a timeline today

Any firm that promises a delivery date before understanding your scope is guessing — and you're the one who pays when the guess is wrong. Data spread across ten years of spreadsheets, machinery that needs integrating, approvals that cross three departments: these change a project completely, and none of them are visible from a phone call.

What we do commit to:after discovery you get a fixed scope, a fixed price and a real schedule, in writing, before you commit to a build. And you'll have working software in your hands early — not at the end.

Pricing

Fixed price, agreed before we start

Every number is on the table before you commit to anything. What we won't do is publish a price for a system we haven't scoped — a four-person shop and a four-plant manufacturer are not the same project, and pretending otherwise helps neither of us.

How we charge

Fixed scope, fixed price

No hourly meters, no invoices that grow while you're not looking. We agree what's being built and what it costs before work begins. If we estimate it wrong, that's our problem — not a change order.

How it grows

No per-user licensing

Add staff, add a shift, add a location. Your monthly cost doesn't climb because your business did. Support, hosting, backups and patching are covered, with the scope written down so nobody argues about it later.

How you start

A small first commitment

Discovery is a separate fixed fee, and it stands alone. You end it owning a specification you can build with anyone — and if you continue with us, that fee comes off the build.

You'll get a real number on the first call.Describe your operation and we'll give you an honest range there and then, before you've spent anything — including telling you if we think your problem is too small to be worth building software for.

Why us

Three ways we're not like the alternatives

Against the big ERP platforms

A full ERP gives you 400 features and charges you to hide the 380 you'll never open. Implementation runs for months while you pay a consultant to learn your business on your clock. We build the modules you need — estimating, scheduling, costing, dispatch, multi-location inventory — and nothing else.

Against a freelance developer

A freelancer builds you something that works until they stop answering email. We're a team inside an established Ontario corporation, with dedicated developers, QA and managed hosting. Your system gets maintained, patched, backed up and supported.

Against doing nothing

The spreadsheets got you here. They won't get you to the next location, the next shift or the next contract. The cost of waiting isn't the software you didn't buy — it's the margin going to rework, missed deadlines and inventory you can't see.

Platform

Our products and solutions

Four systems built on one platform, running in live production environments today. Each one started as a specific business problem — and each is configured to the operation it runs. Every one covers the back office too: invoicing, receivables, payables, online payment and reporting.

Manufacturing & production

Manufacturing ERP

End-to-end operations for production businesses: estimating and quotations, job scheduling, production tracking, costing, inventory and finance. Proven in printing and packaging as OPrintz ERP, and built to configure for any make-to-order operation.

Delivery & logistics

Delivery & Dispatch

Order intake, driver assignment, proof of delivery and live tracking, with a mobile app your drivers actually use. Running today across a pharmacy delivery network, and configurable for courier, distribution and field service.

Workforce

Workforce & Attendance

Time tracking, shift planning and workforce visibility across multiple sites — so payroll matches what actually happened on the floor, not what someone remembered to write down.

Custom ERP & AI Solutions

Manufacturers, logistics operators, distributors, retail chains and service businesses. When your process doesn't match anything off the shelf, we build around it — on the same platform, so you get proven foundations rather than a blank page.

About

We come from the production floor, not a consulting deck

AutomateMyBizz is the software division of OPrintz Inc., an Ontario company that has spent years in printing, packaging and production operations.

That matters more than it sounds. We've dealt with the rush job that blows up the schedule, the outsourced vendor who goes quiet, the inventory count that doesn't match. When you describe your problem, we won't need it explained twice.

Questions

The things people ask on the first call

What will this cost?

We'll give you an honest range on the first call, based on what you describe. A firm number comes after discovery, when we've seen your operation and know what we're quoting on.

What we can tell you now: it's a fraction of a mid-market ERP implementation, there's no per-user licensing, and the price is fixed before work starts.

How fast can you deliver?

Faster than a traditional ERP rollout, because we're not building from zero — we have a proven platform running in four live production environments across manufacturing, print, retail and logistics.

But we won't put a date on your project before we've scoped it. What we will do is get the highest-pain part of your process working and in use early, so you see value long before the full build is done.

Do we own the software?

You own your data completely and can export it at any time. The platform is licensed to you for as long as you're a subscriber. If you need full source ownership, we'll quote that separately.

Is this just production management?

No. Our large format printing client runs their whole business on it — customers and quotes at the front, production in the middle, invoicing, receivables, payables, online payment and delivery at the back. We build whichever parts of that chain are broken for you.

What if we already run Odoo, SAP or QuickBooks?

Plenty of clients keep their accounting system and use us for operations. We integrate rather than replace, wherever that makes more sense than a rebuild.

What happens when we outgrow it?

Good — that's the point. The platform is built to extend: new modules, new locations, new workflows, without starting over.

Are you local?

We're based in Burlington, Ontario. We work on site across the GTA and southern Ontario, and remotely with clients throughout the rest of Canada. When a project requires it, we can also arrange on-site visits anywhere in Canada.

What if it doesn't work out?

Start with discovery. Fixed fee, and you walk away owning a specification regardless of what you decide next. That's the whole reason we do it that way.

Thirty minutes. No pitch deck.

Tell us what's breaking. We'll tell you straight whether software fixes it, roughly what it would cost, and if we're not the right fit we'll say so on the call.
